Eligible small- and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs) seeking an implementation grant must create a Submittable account to view and complete the application form and upload one of the following documents:
- Assessment report from an Industrial Training and Assessment Center (ITAC)
- Combined Heat & Power/Onsite Energy Technical Assistance Partnerships (CHP TAPs) Assessment
- Qualified third-party assessor
